The goods must be returned in perfect condition, unwashed and in their original packaging.
For returns within Germany, Rammstein Merchandising oHG refunds the shipping costs.

You can simply log into your account, view the relevant order, click the link return form and select the items you wish to return.
If you placed the order as a guest:
Please follow the return instructions in your shipping confirmation email.

Please keep the delivery note. Our Terms and Conditions state that, in the case of a supplier error or if defective goods were delivered, we will pay back the costs of the return delivery.
Once we have received and processed the return, you will be notified by email.

- Unfortunately, it is not (yet) possible to change the articles you have ordered or to add/remove articles if orders have not yet been shipped. In this case we can offer you to cancel the order completely so that you can order again.
